عن أَمِيرِ المُؤمِنِينَ أَبي حَفْصٍ عُمَرَ بنِ الخطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ: " إِنَّما الأَعْمَالُ بالنِّيَّاتِ وإنَّما لكُلِّ امْرِىءٍ ما نَوَى، فَمَنْ كانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ إلى اللهِ ورَسُولِهِ فَهِجْرَتُهُ إلى اللهِ ورَسُولِهِ، ومَنْ كانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ لِدُنْيا يُصِيبُها أو امْرأةٍ يَنْكِحُها فَهِجْرَتُهُ إلى ما هَاجَرَ إليه".
رواهُ إمَامَا المُحَدِّثِينَ : أبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ محمدُ بنُ إسماعيلَ بن إبراهيمَ بن المُغِيرةِ بن بَرْدِزْبَهْ البُخَاريُّ، وأبُو الحُسَيْنِ مُسْلِمُ بنُ الحَجَّاج بن مُسْلمٍ القُشَيْرِيُّ النَّيسابُورِيُّ في صَحِيحَيْهما اللَّذَيْنِ هُما أَصَحُّ الْكُتُبِ المُصَنَّفَةِ.
أهمية الحديث:
إن هذا الحديث من الأحاديث الهامة، التي عليها مدار الإسلام، فهو أصل في الدين وعليه تدور غالب أحكامه. قال الإمام أحمد والشافعي: يدخل في حديث: "إنما الأعمال بالنيات" ثلث العلم، وسبب ذلك أن كسب العبد يكون بقلبه ولسانه وجوارحه، فالنية بالقلب أحد الأقسام الثلاثة.
مفردات الحديث:
"الحفص": الأسد، وأبو حفص: كنية لعمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه.
"إلى الله": إلى محل رضاه نيةً وقصداً.
"فهجرته إلى الله ورسوله": قبولاً وجزاءً.
"لدنيا يصيبها": لغرض دنيوي يريد تحصيله.
سبب ورود الحديث:
عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال : كان فينا رجل خطب امرأة يقال لها : أم قيس، فأبت أن تتزوجه حتى يهاجر، فهاجر، فتزوجها، فكنا نسميه: مهاجر أم قيس. [رواه الطبراني بإسناد رجاله ثقات] .
المعنى العام
1- اشتراط النية: اتفق العلماء على أن الأعمال الصادرة من المكلفين المؤمنين لا تصير معتبرة شرعاً، ولا يترتب الثواب على فعلها إلا بالنية.
والنية في العبادة المقصودة، كالصلاة والحج والصوم، ركن من أركانها، فلا تصح إلا بها، وأما ما كان وسيلة، كالوضوء والغسل، فقال الحنفية : هي شرط كمال فيها، لتحصيل الثواب. وقال الشافعية وغيرهم: هي شرط صحة أيضاً، فلا تصح الوسائل إلا بها.
2- وقت النية ومحلها: وقت النية أو العبادة، كتكبيرة الإحرام بالصلاة، والإحرام بالحج، وأما الصوم فتكفي النية قبله لعسر مراقبة الفجر.
ومحل النية القلب؛ فلا يشترط التلفظ بها؛ ولكن يستحب ليساعد اللسانُ القلبَ على استحضارها.
ويشترط فيها تعيين المنوي وتمييزه، فلا يكفي أن ينوي الصلاة بل لا بد من تعيينها بصلاة الظهر أو العصر .. إلخ.
3- وجوب الهجرة: الهجرة من أرض الكفار إلى ديار الإسلام واجبة على المسلم الذي لا يتمكن من إظهار دينه، وهذا الحكم باق وغير مقيد.
-4يفيد الحديث: أن من نوى عملاً صالحاً، فَمَنَعَهُ من القيام به عذر قاهر، من مرض أو وفاة، أو نحو ذلك، فإنه يثاب عليه.
والأعمال لا تصح بلا نية، لأن النية بلا عمل يُثاب عليها، والعمل بلا نية هباء، ومثال النية في العمل كالروح في الجسد، فلا بقاء للجسد بلا روح، ولا ظهور للروح في هذا العالم من غير تعلق بجسد.
5- ويرشدنا إلى الإخلاص في العمل والعبادة حتى نحصِّل الأجر والثواب في الآخرة، والتوفيق والفلاح في الدنيا.
6-كل عمل نافع وخير يصبح بالنية والإخلاص وابتغاء رضاء الله تعالى عبادة.
